Karbonn has listed its upcoming smartphone on the company's official website. This new phone is called the 'Titanium X'. The Titanium X will be the company’s first smartphone with a full HD display. The company has only posted a teaser banner for the smartphone and only a few specifications are revealed.

The Titanium X will come with a 5-inch full HD display with a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels. The tech site Gogi.in spotted this listing first and claims that the device will sport a full-HD display. However, the official website listing does not mention the 'full-HD display'. It will be powered by 1.5 GHz quad-core processor and will run on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. The snapper on the rear side of this smartphone is a 13-Megapixel camera which has auto focus and dual-LED flash to click photos in the dark, while the front-facing camera is a 5-Megapixel shooter. The RAM is not known yet. It also has support for NFC and contains a 2300 mAh battery, however there is no word on the talktime or standby time.

Other devices in the Titanium series are Titanium S9, Titanium S1 and Titanium S2. The Titanium X will compete against Micromax phones such as Canvas Turbo A250 & Canvas Magnus A117 and a host of other smartphones with similar specifications that were launched recently. The local companies have emerged as strong contenders against the big MNC brands like Samsung, LG, Nokia, Sony and others and Karbonn is one of those companies with 13% share.

As of now, we do not know about the  Titanium X's RAM, storage and dual-SIM support. The pricing & availability are also unknown. But we will keep you updated as soon as we can.
