Good news for KTM lovers:
We all knew it’s coming but now KTM has confirmed its plans to launch not one but two RC bikes in India next year.The launch of these bikes will happen next year, the first time when KTM
will launch two products in India in the same year. Last year KTM launched the Duke 200 while this year, the Duke 390 was launched. Both bikes will form the basis of the upcoming RC bikes.
The company currently sells the KTM Duke 200 and the KTM Duke 390 ABS in India. KTM recently unveiled the fully-faired race spec version of the Duke 390, called the RC390 that will be used for the ADAC Junior cup.
The production model of the RC390 will be unveiled at 2013 EICMA event and will take some design and engineering cues from the race spec model.
Though the 2nd faired racing motorcycle to be launched by the company is still under wraps, sources have said that it will be similar to the popular racer KTM RC 250R. The sport motorcycle segment is most definitely one of the fastest growing categories and KTM expects a 10 percent growth in this segment.

"Bajaj-KTM will launch two variants of the RC brandof 'faired' racing bikes in the calendar year 2014 under the sub-500 cc category," said Amit Nandi, vice-president, Bajaj Probiking.At what price can you except?
The price will be around Rs. 35,000/- more than their naked counterparts, which means the RC 390 will be priced around Rs. 2.4 lakhs on-road, Mumbai.
